For group travel, you need at least 10 people traveling from the same destination on the same flight. While smaller groups or groups traveling from multiple destinations aren’t eligible for group rates, our group travel experts can still help with attendees traveling from different countries.
When booking a group, you don’t have to confirm names immediately. You can confirm attendees a few weeks before the trip. There is a degree of flexibility on total numbers if you want to expand or reduce your group after booking.
It varies per airline, but typically, group travel can be booked up to 11 months in advance and up to a month before the event. The earlier you book, the more competitive the price is likely to be.
